JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly proficient Bilingual Virtual Assistant/Caller with fluency in both Spanish and English to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in both languages and experience with Follow Up Boss CRM, preferably with a background in real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in both Spanish and English
Assist with real estate-related tasks such as lead follow-up, appointment setting, and client communication
Manage tasks and client information using Follow Up Boss CRM
Perform general administrative support tasks, including data entry, email management, and scheduling
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and task completion
Requirements:
Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
Proficiency in Follow Up Boss CRM is required
Real estate background preferred
Ability to work night shifts
Must be available to start as soon as possible
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
