Job Title: Logistics Assistant
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: $400 per month

Reporting to: Executive Assistant to CEO CruCore Solutions L.L.C.
About CruCore Solutions:
CruCore Solutions is an operational support company working with fine
wine and rare spirits businesses, including Cru Wine. We manage
logistics, finance, IT and operations across multiple international
locations. Our aim is to ensure the efficient movement and storage of our
clients' wine collections and support our global teams with high-level
operational excellence.
Position Overview:
The Logistics Assistant will support the logistics operations of CruCore
Solutions' multiple business entities. This role involves coordinating the
movement of fine wine and spirits between various warehouses, ensuring
timely and accurate shipments, and handling all necessary administrative
tasks related to logistics. The ideal candidate is organised, detail-
oriented, and can manage logistics processes from start to finish with a
customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
?Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate the movement of wine and spirits between warehouses
and clients, ensuring on-time delivery.
?Inventory Management:
Track inventory levels in multiple warehouses and ensure proper
record-keeping of all movements and stock levels.
?Supplier & Vendor Management:
Liaise with 3PL providers, suppliers, and warehouse teams to
optimise delivery schedules and storage needs.
?Documentation:
Prepare all necessary paperwork for shipments, including invoices,
purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
?Cost Optimization:
Work with the rest of the Operations department and Finance to
negotiate transport rates and reduce logistical costs.
?Customer Service:
Respond to client and internal queries regarding the status of
shipments and deliveries.
?Compliance & Legal:
Ensure compliance with local and international laws regarding the
import/export of alcohol and other goods.
?Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks related to logistics, including
record-keeping, tracking shipments, and coordinating deliveries.
?Collaboration:
Work closely with the finance department to ensure seamless
coordination between logistics and financial documentation,
including invoicing and reconciliation.
Skills & Qualifications:
?Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields
(experience in fine wine logistics preferred but not essential).
?Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and other
logistics software.
?Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced
environment.
?Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
?Experience with managing vendor relationships and working with
3PLs.
?Knowledge of import/export regulations is a plus.
?French-speaking is preferred but not required.
