JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there! I’m hiring a dedicated Web Design & Technical Virtual Assistant to support me and the team with web design, technical setup, administrative tasks, and system creation for the business.

This is a full-time position for someone looking to grow with us long-term. I’m seeking a committed team member who can bring both technical skills and creative insights, serving as a thought partner who shares in our success.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Web Design Experience: Proficient with web design platforms (WordPress, Wix, etc.), basic HTML/CSS, and a strong eye for design.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with technical setups for clients, such as website updates, integrations, and system configurations.
• Social Media Skills: Comfortable with managing social media platforms and creating visually appealing graphics with Canva.
• Project Management Tools: Experience with tools like Trello or ClickUp.
• Software Proficiency: Strong experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Online Scheduling and Calendars: Efficient with managing Google Calendar and other scheduling tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent email, instant messaging, and verbal communication skills in English.
• Organization and Time Management: Solid organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Preferred: Experience in a Virtual Assistant role or with administrative tasks.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

• Document and follow administrative and technical procedures as needed
• General administrative support
• Web Design & Maintenance: Assist in creating, updating, and managing client websites and online content
• Technical Setup for Clients: Ensure smooth transitions for client accounts and address technical issues as they arise
• Client Relations: Grow existing client accounts, address concerns, identify expansion opportunities, and track performance indicators
• Content Creation: Write newsletters and organize posts for our Facebook group
• Basic Graphic Design: Create visuals for social media using Canva
• 40 hours per week
