Executive Assistant

We are an Australian company that helps men and women lose weight and get in the best shape of their lives. We are looking for excellent English speaking writers who can have a conversation with existing and future clients on our social media platforms Facebook and Instagram. Our main objective is to engage with followers, qualify prospects, book calls and connect and nurture over chat.

Hours: 35-40 per week
Rate: Monthly $970 AUD

Looking for:
Excellent English writing and speaking skills
Canva and Excel knowledge and shortcuts ideal
Available to work 8am - 5pm AEST (Monday to Friday) and be available weekends
HIGHLY organized and cool (even when things get a bit chaotic!)
Have ability to work in a fast paced team and be able to prioritize tasks
Work well under pressure and be creative with ideas
Great communication skills - friendly and a team player
Preferably with advanced tech skills and willingness to learn new software - quick learner
With a "just do it" attitude! Can take the ball and run with initiative! You love to work things out!

What You’ll Do:
Help keep our schedules, meetings, and projects organized
Communicate with team members - keeping everyone in the loop
Handle data entry, record-keeping, and other general admin tasks
Take on admin projects that keep us moving forward!
