Software Developer (Python)

I'm looking for someone who is smart, organized, and trustworthy. Bluntly, I need a perfectionist who is extraordinarily detail-oriented.

* PLEASE NOTE: This is not an entry-level position. You MUST have at least 1 year of experience with Python and clean code organization, with a demonstrated ability to write maintainable, well-documented code.
* NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE with AI-assisted development is needed, though this role has a strong focus on it. I'm looking for someone who can direct Sonnet to build apps while having enough full-stack knowledge to troubleshoot as needed.
* This is a highly detail-oriented and high-pressure role.
* I'm a demanding manager and seek someone with extreme attention to detail who enjoys building and problem-solving.
* If you have experience with LLMs, you’ll find this position challenging and rewarding.
* You'll be able to set your own hours—work whenever you prefer, as long as tasks are completed on time. There's no ) expectation to work during my timezone's business hours.
* Almost all communication will be asynchronous.

This role focuses heavily on AI-assisted development. You don’t need prior experience, as there will be a training period. You’ll work on building investment-related web apps in Replit using Cursor and Sonnet 3.5.

This is a part-time role for this project but could evolve into a long-term opportunity.
