Responsibilities:
Research & Targeting: Identify potential clients and create targeted audience lists.
Lead Generation: Use social media, online research, and networking to generate qualified leads.
Lead Evaluation: Assess leads based on needs, decision-making power, and purchasing potential.
Client Engagement: Initiate personalized outreach and build rapport with potential clients.
Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing to refine lead gen strategies and messaging.
CRM Management: Track and document lead generation activities in CRM software.
Data Analysis: Monitor performance and optimize lead generation efforts.
Outreach: Conduct consistent cold and warm outreach through social media and phone calls.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation progress and performance.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in social media lead generation.
- Proven experience in over-the-phone sales (cold calling, follow-up calls).
- Available to work graveyard shifts to accommodate client time zones.
- Strong understanding of sales/marketing principles and lead generation.
- Data-driven with the ability to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and rapport-building.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding lead generation targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
