Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced EOS Integrator & Operations Manager to join our dynamic team remotely and bring cohesion across our diverse functions. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, align business functions with strategic objectives, and ensure smooth, efficient workflow processes. Your work will directly contribute to the productivity and success of our agency. Availability during USA Eastern time is required for this part-time position. While we welcome candidates globally, preference is given to those with experience working within international or Eastern Time schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the virtual team across different business sectors.
• Implement and maintain the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to foster efficient team management and workflow.
• Coordinate with tea
• Facilitate weekly tea
• Streamline processes to enhance team productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Identify operational challenges and proactively propose solutions to optimize team performance.
• Report regularly to the business owner with progress updates and necessary adjustments to team strategy or operations.
• Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are consistently met with high-quality results.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an EOS Integrator, Operations Manager, or similar role managing remote teams.
• Strong understanding of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and its principles.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team coordination.
• Ability to manage a remote team with diverse responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Availability to work a few hours per week during USA Eastern time.
• Experience working in remote or virtual work environments preferred.
