Customer Support Specialist (Night shift)

We are an online Math education platform based in Sydney Australia. We're looking for someone experienced with customer support using Intercom and/or Hubspot to respond to customer queries via chat from 9am-5pm EST USA, 5 days per week. Applicants must have a strong grasp of high school Mathematics and will also be responsible for:
- troubleshooting issues and reporting product bugs with detailed steps to reproduce
- identify issues with Mathematics content on the platform and report to the education department
- coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and report on progress
- collate feature requests and report back when new features have been released
- setting up customer accounts
- updating records in HubSpot CRM
- Keeping the Help Center up to date
- track invoices, unpaid orders, refunds
