Why We Need You:
As we continue to grow, we need a proactive Virtual Assistant who excels in client relations and can assist the owner with various operational tasks. You’ll be a point of contact for clients, ensuring projects meet our high standards and providing a smooth experience. Additionally, you’ll handle smaller tasks like social media posting, time tracking, and invoicing, contributing to efficient day-to-day operations. Your strong communication and organisational skills will be crucial to keeping clients satisfied and helping the owner focus on business growth.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll manage daily operations for new and existing clients, supporting their projects and assisting the owner with administrative tasks. From answering client emails to posting on social media, you’ll keep things organised and on schedule.

Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for clients, handling emails and support tickets with clear, prompt responses.
Project Coordination: Oversee website projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Assistant to the Owner: Support the owner with tasks like time tracking, invoicing, and maintaining schedules.
Social Media Posting: Manage basic social media updates and posts to maintain our company’s online presence.
Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones, adjust schedules as needed, and keep clients informed.
Administrative Support: Handle paperwork, spreadsheets, and organisational tasks that support daily operations.
What You Bring:

Customer-Focused Experience: Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Project Management Skills: Experience in coordinating projects from start to finish, particularly in digital or website environments.
Strong English Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional, client-focused approach.
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organised, and support a growing team.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with project management and time-tracking tools, social media platforms, and basic invoicing systems.
Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience working in a website development company or digital agency.
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp) and CRM systems.
Familiarity with digital marketing basics, such as social media management and SEO.
