JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:

Availability 9AM-5PM EST including weekends. Minimum 20 hours a week.

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant with excellent customer service skills to help manage communications across multiple e-commerce platforms, including eBay, Walmart, Amazon, and Best Buy. This role requires a highly skilled communicator with the ability to handle complex customer interactions, especially with frustrated or dissatisfied customers. The ideal candidate will maintain positive customer relationships while protecting the company from unnecessary losses, time expenditure, or negative feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries on platforms like eBay, Walmart, Amazon, and Best Buy.
Address and resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Identify opportunities to turn challenging situations into positive customer experiences, focusing on effective solutions that avoid company loss.
Manage returns, exchanges, and complaints, ensuring company policies are followed while maintaining customer goodwill.
Escalate issues when necessary and collaborate with the team to ensure seamless resolutions.
Proactively follow up on unresolved issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Exceptional written and spoken English skills with a strong focus on clear, empathetic communication.
Experience in customer service, particularly within e-commerce or online marketplaces.
Proven ability to handle challenging customer situations, turning potential conflicts into positive outcomes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple platform accounts.
