This Role is for a position creating our website for our company TheGroomGURU and other projects.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and develop a customized Shopify webstore for a subscription-based model business
Collaborate with the team to create an engaging and user-friendly e-commerce experience
Work with cross-functional members to develop visual design
Present and propose site solutions to key stakeholders.
Optimize the website for conversions and user experience, speed, or other
Ensure the website aligns with brand identity and marketing goals

DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Liquid (Shipify’s Templating language for customizing themes and building store functionalities)
HTML and CSS
JavaScript
API integrations
SEO Knowledge
Site Performace Optimization

DESIRED SOFT SKILLS
Autonomy (this person should have the ability to work alone without supervision)
Excellent communication skills
Self-driven

SALARY AND BENEFITS


100% Remote Employment
Flexible working schedule
Equity Compensation (full-time employees only)
BONUS 13th Month Pay plus potentially more
Hourly Compensation for Part-Time roles
$8-$15/Hr USD based on experience
Up to $15 monthly reimbursement for SSS
Up to $15 Monthly reimbursement for PhilHealth
