To expand our digital footprint and reach more patients, we are looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist skilled in managing targeted online campaigns. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and Manage Campaigns: Create, launch, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms to align with the clinic’s marketing goals.
- A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, headlines, and copy to determine the most effective approaches for engagement and conversion.
- Keyword and Audience Analysis: Perform in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to ensure ads reach the most relevant patients.
- Creative Development: Design compelling ad copy and visuals that adhere to brand guidelines and attract potential patients.
- Monitor and Optimize Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and make real-time adjustments to improve campaign results and ROI.
- Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of funds while maximizing reach and impact.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in the healthcare advertising space.
- Reporting: Provide comprehensive campaign performance reports and insights to support future strategy development.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Paid Ads Specialist, preferably with a focus on healthcare or dental industry advertising.
- Expertise in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with demonstrable success.
- Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent copywriting skills for crafting engaging and effective ad content.
- Strong understanding of advertising policies, particularly in healthcare.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the clinic’s marketing team.
