**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- **Previous eCommerce Customer Service Experience**: Must have a minimum of 1-2 years in customer support, preferably with an Australian or New Zealand eCommerce company.
- **Strong English Communication Skills**: Western-accented English proficiency will be highly regarded, as you will frequently engage with English-speaking clients.
- **Attention to Detail & Documentation Skills**: Ability to create, refine, and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other internal documentation.
