Key Responsibilities:
Oversee procurement processes for construction materials and equipment
Vet and select qualified subcontractors for various projects
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
Collaborate with project managers to meet project requirements and timelines
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in construction procurement and subcontractor management
Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and industry best practices
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in procurement software and project management tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
