Job Responsibilities

:
1.Set up a trigger to automate actions post-DocuSign completion, sending push API requests to GoHighLevel. This includes managing varied warranty pricing and contract durations, automatically generating the price, and recording payment information directly from DocuSign to streamline product creation.
Create automation sequences that begin with a welcome email, trigger a handwritten letter, send a follow-up email, and add the contact to a list for further follow-up calls.
Communication Review and Refinement:

Review and improve all SMS and email communication templates.
Implement unsubscribe options for SMS and emails to give customers an easy opt-out experience.
Ensure all messages are well-formatted and visually appealing.
Qualifications

Experience with WordPress, GoHighLevel, Zapier, and Integromat.
Strong understanding of automation processes and API integrations.
Skilled in email and SMS communication tools with an eye for formatting and organization.
Experience in website calculator integration.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

Background in the real estate or home warranty industry.
Proficiency in Excel and data integration.
