Project Coordinator at Sign Design Group of New York will support the planning, execution, and oversight of sign design and installation projects. This role requires working closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in creating detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for design, fabrication, and installation.
• Coordinate with design teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and reports.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the project manager and field teams to ensure that design and installation meet quality standards.
• Identify potential project risks and work with teams to mitigate delays or challenges.
• Proactively solve problems that arise during the project execution phase.
• Prepare status updates and reports for internal teams and clients.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained and organized.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, project management, or related field (required).
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the manufacturing, construction, or related industry (required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, and Microsoft Office Suite)
• Knowledge of design and fabrication processes in the sign industry (a plus).
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Working Hours: This is a remote position aligned with New York Timing (Eastern Time Zone), from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Translated Time in the Philippines: Corresponds to 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM (the next day)
