Appointment Setter Role Overview
Hours:
8am-4pm CST, Monday-Friday
Full-time position, 30-40 hours/week
Mission:
To drive new business revenue by:
Generating conversations with new potential clients.
Reaching out via Instagram, LinkedIn,
Following up with leads who initially didn’t close.
Channels & Daily Reach Goals
Instagram: 25 DMs/day
LinkedIn: 50 messages/day
Twitter
CRM: Manage messages and follow-ups from other lead sources
Goals & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Appointments & Closing Ratio:
Maintain a minimum 20% closing ratio for “live call” appointments.
Ensure an 80% appointment show rate.
Daily Administrative Tasks:
Attend team huddles (9am via Zoom) with updated projections, numbers, and wins.
Complete end-of-day reporting, projections, team tracking, and CRM updates.
Daily Responsibilities
Morning Huddle:
Be prepared with daily numbers, projections, wins, and questions.
End-of-Day Tasks:
Submit a report, update personal and team tracking sheets, and the CRM deal pipeline.
Ensure deals are in the correct stages, with updated notes and follow-up tasks.
Follow-Up and Preparation:
Confirm the next day’s appointments.
Prepare for the following day’s meeting.

Specialist Position Notes
Flexibility: Make your own schedule but ensure 80 set calls per month.
Communication: Be available on Slack from 8am-4pm CST.
Time Off: Request off in advance as needed.
Compensation
Base Salary: $400/month
Commission: $35 for each qualified appointment that shows up.
Bonuses:
$200 bonus for each client booked and signed on.
Potential earnings: If 20 appointments are booked, 15 show up, and 5 sign on, total earnings would be $2,000 (including base pay).
