Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, part-time Virtual Assistant with a strong background in financial management to support the financial side of our business. This role involves managing daily financial tasks, analyzing cash flow, supporting financial decision-making, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and record all financial transactions and manage bookkeeping.
Prepare and maintain budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports.
Assist in managing accounts payable/receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Monitor and analyze financial data to support decision-making.
Provide periodic financial insights and reporting to help identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as needed.
Manage financial documentation, contracts, and invoices in an organized manner.
Assist in preparing tax and regulatory documents.
Requirements:
Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in financial software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
Knowledge of the property investment industry is a plus
