Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Order Processing & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth and efficient order management, client communication, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in the print industry, be comfortable with various online platforms, and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders from initial request to via email.
- Communicate with clients to confirm order details, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Google email to manage communication with customers and internal teams.
- you MUST have experience in Realhub, Shopify, and Monday.com to take orders, track orders, manage workflows, and update project statuses.
- Ensure orders are correctly logged, updated, and processed within the required timeframes.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when entering data and processing orders.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving order-related issues, liaising with relevant departments when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with production and design teams to ensure orders are completed as per client specifications.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the order process.
