We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Client Retention Specialist / Client Care to join our team and play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
As a Client Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients. Your primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction, address their needs, and foster loyalty to our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively reach out to existing clients to check in on their satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Listen attentively to clients' feedback and concerns, and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure clients' cases progress smoothly and address any delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate client records and notes, documenting interactions and resolutions.
• Develop and implement client retention strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Able to speak Spanish
• Proven experience in client retention or customer service.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Empathetic and client-centric mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
