Description:
Our ideal candidate is fluent in English, has exceptional communication skills, and is comfortable managing customer inquiries professionally and efficiently. Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus but not required—we’ll provide training for the right candidate. Responsibilities:
Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle a high volume of calls, providing courteous and clear support to customers, including handling inquiries about estimates, appointment scheduling, and general service requests.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients, ensuring efficient and accurate bookings.
Customer Service and Sales Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues, assisting with sales support as needed, and offering a professional customer experience.
CRM Management: Enter and update customer information in CRM systems, maintaining accurate records. Training will be provided if you’re new to CRM.
Documentation: Keep detailed records of calls and inquiries, following internal protocols to ensure smooth operations and data consistency.
Requirements:
Fluent English Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, to handle client communication with professionalism.
Phone Handling Experience: Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and problem-solving attitude.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately record information and follow scheduling protocols.
CRM Knowledge: Experience with CRM systems is a plus but not required; we will provide training on specific software.
