JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Freight Virtual Assistant with a strong background in managing international shipments. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, is highly proficient in tracking shipments, and has a customer service-focused approach. Experience in the BPO industry and having an American accent is a plus! If you can adapt to different cultures and environments, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track international shipments, ensuring timely delivery
- Communicate with freight carriers, customs agents, and clients to resolve any issues
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and updates
- Monitor shipment schedules, track documents, and update clients on the progress
- Handle administrative tasks related to shipping logistics
- Collaborate with multicultural teams and clients, adapting to various time zones and work styles

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in freight logistics or as a Freight Virtual Assistant
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service
- Experience in shipment tracking and resolving logistics challenges
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and procedures
- Experience in the BPO industry, with an American accent being a plus
- Ability to adapt to different cultural and work environments
- Proficient in freight management software and virtual collaboration tools
