Overview:

Are you a Social Media Manager with a proven track record in scaling TikTok accounts and executing effective influencing marketing strategies? We’re looking for a creative, innovative professional with strong expertise in TikTok to drive our social media growth across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Responsibilities:

TikTok Growth Strategy: Develop and implement tailored strategies for TikTok to drive organic growth, increase followers, and boost engagement. Prioritize TikTok as a key growth channel while maintaining a balanced, multi-platform approach.
Influencing Marketing: Design and execute influencing marketing strategies to enhance brand reach, credibility, and engagement across social media channels.
Multi-Platform Content Creation: Plan and create engaging, on-brand content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Stay on top of trends on each platform to maximize reach and audience engagement.
Social Media Strategy & Management: Build and manage cohesive social media strategies across platforms, ensuring a unified brand presence that resonates with audiences.
Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across platforms to gauge the success of campaigns. Use data insights to adjust strategies, improve engagement, and maximize reach.
Trend Spotting and Adaptation: Keep up with the latest social media trends, especially on TikTok, and bring fresh, innovative strategies to keep content relevant and engaging across all channels.

Qualifications:

Solid experience in managing and growing TikTok accounts and influencing marketing.
Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and audience behavior, along with familiarity with best practices for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Portfolio or examples of successful multi-platform social media management, especially on TikTok.
Excellent video editing and content creation skills for social media.
Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, or Sprout Social) for data-driven decision-making.

Preferred:

Proven experience in effective influencing marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
A creative mindset with the ability to pivot strategies based on platform updates and trends.
Strong communication skills to build meaningful relationships and engage target audiences effectively.
