Marketing Assistant (Children's Game Company)

Full time 40 hours/week position at ThinkPsych

We are ThinkPsych, a US-based company that makes educational games for kids. Founded by two psychologists, our mission is to help kids live happier, better lives. We are looking to fill a LONG-TERM position for a marketing assistant. We want someone with at least 5 years experience that can help us effectively manage and scale our marketing campaigns.

We are looking for someone that can help us with the following tasks:
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns (e.g., recruitment, communication, and outcome tracking)
- Conduct research and find retailers, deals websites, blogs, and other affiliates for marketing purposes
- Create and maintain databases of relevant contacts for marketing activities
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to track outcome measures of digital & print marketing campaigns
- Write personalized emails to influencers, affiliates, or other contacts for marketing purposes
- Generate reports and summaries of key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis

Hours are 40 hours/week. Salary range is $800-$1200/month, depending on experience. Subject to completion of 6 month probationary period.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Excellent English communication skills (verbal + written)
* Amazing problem-solving skills and ability to learn new tasks quickly
* A minimum of 5 years experience as a virtual assistant and working with data/spreadsheets
* Experience with writing cold outreach emails
* Strong attention to detail. If this describes you, write “psychology” as the first word in your application

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
* Flexible hours - work whenever you want. 40 hours a week total. We just ask that you are available for at least one meeting a week during business hours in EST time zone (9PM-5AM Philippines Time).
* Pay is distributed twice a month on 1st and 15th; payment coverage is in real-time.
* We pay 13th Month Bonus.
* We give annual pay increases based on performance.
* Every month you work you will earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
* We offer 7 flexible paid public holidays.
