Content Quality Auditor

Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Content Quality Auditor to join our remote team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and quality of social media content by conducting thorough reviews and audits. Your primary responsibilities will include verifying scheduled posts, maintaining consistency with brand standards, and identifying any discrepancies or errors. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while supporting the overall quality and reliability of our social media presence.

What You’ll Do
* Post Review: Review daily schedules to ensure posts are accurately tagged, properly formatted, and published at the correct times.
* Discrepancy Reporting: Identify and quickly report any discrepancies or errors to the Marketing Lead.
* Content Auditing: Regularly audit content to keep it relevant and aligned with brand standards.
* Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to refine and enhance quality assurance methods for improved efficiency.
* Data Management: Keep detailed, up-to-date records of schedules and quality checks.

What You Bring
* Proven experience in quality assurance or content management, with strong attention to detail.
* Familiarity with digital tools like Notion, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
* Strong communication skills, particularly in a remote work setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-time, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST (includes 1-hour lunch break)
