Image Quality Controller | Graphics

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Image Quality Controler with a passion for creating stunning visual content to join our creative team. As an Image Image Quality Controler, you will be responsible for enhancing and transforming customer images to the highest standards, focusing on imagery, color grading, and visual composition. Your work will directly contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional products that capture the essence of our client’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality retouching on customer and commercial images, including skin texture enhancement, color correction, compositional adjustments, and photo manipulation/restoration using AI-powered tools.
- Ensure all images are edited to the highest standards and maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with in-house Production Designers and Team Leads to understand project goals and visual requirements.
- Provide creative input to enhance image quality and impact, suggesting improvements and alternative solutions where applicable.
- Optimize personal and team workflows to ensure efficient project completion within tight deadlines.
- Deliver retouched images on time, adhering to established file management protocols.
- Maintain organized archives of digital files, ensuring that all work is cataloged and retrievable for future use.
- Conduct final reviews of images before submission, ensuring every detail adheres to quality standards and specifications.
- Continuously seek feedback and incorporate it into future projects to improve the quality of outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Image Retoucher focusing on e-commerce products such as home decor and wall art.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with strong skills in image manipulation and adjustment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a well-developed eye for colors, shadows, and textures.

Desirable:
Experience with other graphic design or photo editing software (e.g. Luminar Neo).
Background or strong interest in pet portraits and wall art.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of AI-tools such as Generative Fill, Expand, and Replace.
