JOB OVERVIEW

With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a skilled Procurement & Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves handling procurement processes, managing vendor relationships, and providing top-tier customer support. If you are experienced, detail-oriented, and fluent in English communication, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Vendor Management:
Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure high-quality product availability at competitive prices.
Manage procurement processes, including ordering, inventory tracking, and coordinating with vendors.
Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and consistent product quality.

Customer Service:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries across various channels, including email, phone, and social media, maintaining a high standard of service.
Address customer complaints or issues, working to provide satisfactory solutions and enhance the customer experience.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement areas and support product development initiatives.

Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain organized records of procurement activities, supplier agreements, and customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including maintaining accurate records for international shipments.

Communication & Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to align procurement strategies with business goals.
Regularly communicate with suppliers to keep them informed of inventory needs and quality expectations.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights on procurement and customer service improvements.

Qualifications:

Experience: Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or customer service.

Skills:
Strong command of English, both written and spoken, for professional communication.
Proficiency in customer service best practices and procurement processes.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing orders, documentation, and customer interactions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:
