ICD-10 CODER Responsibilities
*Experience dealing with coding holds/problem charts highly desired
Accurately assigns ICD-10-CM codes from the care plans, and other applicable documentation in accordance with official coding guidelines.
Maintains a minimum of 95% overall coding quality score in diagnostic coding.
Maintains the productivity expectations as defined by the department standard for home care services.
Works closely with clinical team members for corrections/updates/clarifications to either the 485/POC, or the OASIS.

OASIS REVIEWER Responsibilities
Oasis Review and suggested corrections
Abstracting information from the Medicare OASIS D form and other medical records.
Reviewing the 485 Plan of Care for compliance.
Reviewing Face to Face Documentation for regulatory compliance.
Maintains a minimum of 95% overall coding quality score in diagnostic coding.

Qualifications:
*Experience dealing with coding holds/problem charts highly desired
6 months recent Home Health experience required
Certification in home health coding or Oasis Review (HCS-D or BCHH-C in ICD-10 and COS-C) a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
