We are a growing company operating multiple e-commerce stores targeting overseas markets. We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide world-class support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
>> Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Zendesk and Gorgias, providing accurate and timely assistance.
>> Assist customers with order-related questions, product inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues.
>> Utilize knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and BigCommerce to address customer needs efficiently.
>> Handle chargebacks and PayPal disputes as needed, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and fairly.
>> Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions to build trust and rapport with customers.
>> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall processes.
>> Consistently strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and service level targets.
Requirements:
>> Previous experience in eCommerce is essential.
>> Proficiency in customer support platforms like Zendesk and Gorgias is required.
>> Experience in Shopify is a must
>> Experience in handling chargebacks and PayPal disputes is a plus.
>> Knowledge of AirCall is an advantage.
>> Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
>> Honest, results-driven, innovative, and a team player.
>> At least 2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role and at least 1 year of experience supporting an eCommerce brand.
