Are you a multi-talented digital marketing professional who excels in lead generation, closing sales, and content creation? If so, this full-time Digital Marketing & Client Acquisition Specialist role with My Scheduled Biz is perfect for you!

In this position, you’ll work 40 hours per week to attract and secure clients for our video marketing services. These clients may include local businesses, such as HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, and hairstylists, as well as online coaches and consultants. You’ll leverage various digital marketing strategies, from Facebook ads to email campaigns, to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Acquisition & Sales
• Generate leads and connect with potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and email.
• Close sales, moving leads through the sales pipeline to successfully sign clients for our social media and video marketing services.
• Set up and organize virtual speaking gigs to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.

Digital Marketing & Content Management
• Research and implement trending sounds and video ideas to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Create and manage email campaigns and sales funnels, ensuring alignment with our brand and client acquisition goals.
• Manage Facebook ads: create, test, and optimize ads to generate leads and conversions.
• Write scripts for ads, email, and video content using ChatGPT to produce engaging, high-converting copy.

Content Creation & Video Editing
• Edit video content, adding engaging elements and refining quality to increase audience engagement.
• Research trending content and adapt it to our target audience to keep our video strategy up to date.

Administrative & Project Management
• Manage email communications, providing timely responses and maintaining organized correspondence.
• Track project progress, organize tasks, and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.


QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales: Proven track record in lead generation, closing sales, and nurturing client relationships.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Skilled in Facebook ads management, email marketing, and sales funnel strategies.
• Creative Content Creation: Experience in script-writing, video editing, and implementing trends in digital media.
• Proficiency with Marketing Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms for ads, email campaigns, and video editing software.
• Self-Direction and Independence: Able to manage and prioritize tasks independently, taking full ownership of responsibilities with minimal need for supervision or training.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to craft professional, persuasive messages.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, keep projects organized, and complete work on schedule.
• Availability: Must be available to work 40 hours per week during standard U.S. business hours.

KPI & Success Metrics:
• Goal of 4 closed sales per month, specifically for our “done-for-you” video marketing services or the video cohort membership. This KPI ensures focus on high-value clients who will benefit from our full-service offerings or ongoing membership, contributing directly to our long-term growth goals.
• Client Retention: Earn a bonus for clients who maintain their subscription with us for six months or more, reflecting your ability to build quality, lasting client relationships.
• Sales Conversion Rate: Track the rate of qualified leads that convert into paying clients for our Facebook and video marketing services.
• Revenue Generated: Track total revenue contributions from clients signed (each client typically brings in an average of $1,000-$3,000 per month).
Email Campaign Engagement: Track open and click-through rates of email campaigns to gauge effectiveness and client engagement.
Facebook Ad Performance: Track ad performance metrics, including reach, cost-per-click (CPC), and conversions, ensuring efficient use of ad spend and optimizing ads for better engagement.
• Script Completion & Quality: Track the number of scripts completed weekly for ads, emails, and videos, maintaining a high quality and engagement level.
• Video Engagement Metrics: Monitor video views, watch time, and audience retention rates to assess video content effectiveness and engagement.
• Virtual Speaking Engagements: Goal of scheduling 4-6 virtual speaking gigs per month to drive brand awareness and attract potential clients.

Compensation:
• Hourly Rate: $3-$4 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
• Commission: Earn additional commission for each closed sale of our “done-for-you” video marketing services or video cohort membership. This commission structure allows you to increase your monthly income based on the number of high-value client sign-ups you secure, directly rewarding successful conversions.
