* Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
* Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
HR Management:
* Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
* Address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
