Virtual Assistant - Healthcare Scheduler

We are looking for skilled Homecare Schedulers to become part of our team!

If you have experience as a scheduler in a Homecare setting or have previously scheduled caregivers, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule caregivers while ensuring timely clock-ins and clock-outs
Confirm that caregivers are present at the correct locations
Arrange coverage or find replacements for caregivers unable to attend their scheduled shifts
Qualifications:

Must have experience in Homecare
Familiarity with AxisCare or similar scheduling software is a strong plus
Experience as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant is beneficial
