Join our team as a Virtual Administrative/HR Support Assistant, where you'll provide professional, efficient support to various departments and be the primary virtual contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Visitor and Client Engagement: Virtually welcome visitors, assist with scheduling, and ensure smooth communication.
Phone and
Executive Support: Help executives with administrative tasks and coordinate materials for sales and marketing.
HR Assistance: Support with questions about application status, benefits, PTO, and job applications.
Vendor Coordination: Maintain the Approved Vendors List and assign access codes.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in an administrative or support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Paycom (preferred).
