Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling marketing services to a wide range of clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to engage with clients via video calls, manage follow-ups, and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities


Email
& Communication – Manage inbox, respond to inquiries, draft outbound emails, and send daily/weekly reports.
Calendar & Schedule Management – Plan weekly schedules, optimize workflows, and coordinate meetings.
Donor & Portfolio Management – Track priorities, update Salesforce with meeting notes, and assist with outreach.
Sales & Prospecting Support – Conduct light prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and DonorSearch to identify potential opportunities.
Meeting Coordination – Schedule and confirUpgrade to see actual infoetings, secure reservations, and send follow-ups.
Administrative & Operations Support – Assist with development activities, document management, and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in executive assistance, sales support, donor relations, or business development.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and DonorSearch.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Experience in a fast-paced, remote work environment is a plus.
