We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry / Product Listing Specialist to join our team and help us manage and optimize our product catalog across multiple online platforms.
Job Description:
As a Data Entry / Product Listing Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining product information across our eCommerce platforms. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our product listings are optimized for search and conversion, contributing to the overall success of our online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Data Entry: Accurately enter product information, including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images, into various eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay).
Product Listing Optimization: Optimize product titles, descriptions, and other relevant fields to improve search engine ranking and conversion rates.
Quality Assurance: Review and verify all product information for accuracy and consistency before listings go live.
Content Management: Coordinate with the content and marketing teams to ensure product descriptions are compelling and aligned with brand messaging.
Image Editing: Basic editing and resizing of product images to meet platform-specific requirements.
Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on product listing performance, including views, clicks, and sales metrics.
Platform Management: Manage listings across multiple online platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all channels.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data entry or product listing in an eCommerce environment.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and product information management.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay) and MS Office, particularly Excel. Experience with image editing software (e.g., Photoshop) is a plus.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies quickly.
