As our Reddit Specialist, you’ll be the voice of our community on Reddit—creating compelling, authentic content that resonates with users, sparks conversations, and deepens engagement. You’ll monitor trends, adapt strategies, and identify new ways to connect with our audience, always with Reddit’s unique culture in mind. What You’ll Do:

- Develop and execute engagement strategies tailored to Reddit’s environment, focusing on genuine interaction and value-driven content.
- Create, curate, and post content that sparks conversation, boosts engagement, and strengthens our presence on Reddit.
- Track and analyze trends across relevant subreddits, identifying new ways to grow our community.
- Engage thoughtfully with users, build relationships, and respond to feedback to cultivate a positive reputation.
- Use analytics to measure success, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

- A proven track record in Reddit marketing and social media management.
- Strong experience in content creation and curation, with an eye for what resonates on Reddit.
- Excellent understanding of community engagement principles and Reddit’s unique culture.
- Solid analytical skills to track metrics, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- A knack for creating viral, share-worthy content that aligns with our voice and objectives.

Requirements:

- A reliable working computer and internet connection.
- Headphones for regular team calls and collaboration (note: there are no direct calls with clients or customers).
- Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.
