Image Ad Creator / Creative Strategist for Ecommerce Brand

We’re an expanding barefoot shoe brand in search of a talented Image Ad Creator and Creative Strategist to help bring our brand to life. If you have a keen eye for design, a knack for creating impactful ad visuals, and experience in ecommerce, we’d love to work with you!

Responsibilities:

Develop fresh, on-brand concepts and designs for image ads every week.
Design compelling visuals for social media, display ads, and other digital channels to drive engagement and conversions.
Brainstorm and strategize creative ad campaigns that resonate with our audience and align with our brand values.
Collaborate with the marketing team to continuously optimize ad visuals based on performance feedback.
Prepare designs for multiple platforms, ensuring high-quality and consistency across all ad placements.
Requirements:

Proven experience in creating image ads and creative strategies specifically for ecommerce (please include examples of your work in your application).
Strong design skills and proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
A strategic mindset with the ability to ideate and create ads that attract and convert.
Attention to detail, with a commitment to quality in every piece of content you create.
Willingness to complete a test project, as part of the hiring process, to demonstrate your creative and technical skills.
