Accounting & Bookkeeping Specialist (E-commerce Background Preferred, 100% Remote)

We are looking for a skilled Accounting & Bookkeeping Specialist with a preferred background in e-commerce finance. This role offers flexibility for part-time, full-time, or project-based work and focuses on supporting essential financial functions within a fast-paced e-commerce start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Chart of Accounts Setup: Establish and optimize the chart of accounts in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
Daily Accounting Operations: Oversee expense tracking, revenue management, and preparation of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow).
Financial Data Management: Ensure accurate, up-to-date financial data for reliable reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping, with a strong preference for candidates with an e-commerce background.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial statement preparation.
