JOB OVERVIEW

What We're About:

Chrome Lot is more than just a photography company—we’re a creative media team on a mission to capture the most eye-catching cars at dealerships! We’re fast-paced, fun-loving, and remote-friendly, looking for people who thrive on variety and challenges. If you can keep projects on track like a pro and love the idea of joining a team that values creativity and efficiency, we want to hear from you! We're hiring a Scheduling Assistant to help keep our operations running smoother than a showroom shine.

Your Daily Adventure

• Scheduling & Coordination Wizardry: Keep multiple photography jobs on track and ensure everyone is on the same page.
• Client Whisperer: Confirm appointments, solve client hiccups, and keep communication smooth and friendly.
• Sales Sidekick: Help our sales team book appointments, respond to inquiries, and make magic happen.
• Sales Packet Hero: Create cool, attractive sales packets that wow potential customers.
• Quality Rockstar: Partner with our QA team to uphold our no-error policy and deliver exceptional service.

Work Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 7 PM CST
• Alternate Saturdays: 9 AM to 5 PM CST
• Expect 40-45 hours per week, with occasional overtime to help us crush goals!

The Perks

• Training Rate: $5/hr
• After Training: $6/hr (That’s right, you’ll level up quickly!)
• Fully remote—work from anywhere with good Wi-Fi and stay comfy!

• We Think You'll Thrive If You...

• Have experience in scheduling, customer service, or admin roles (Sales know-how? Even better!).
• Love staying organized, meeting deadlines, and multitasking like a pro.
• Communicate clearly and professionally but with a friendly touch—no robots here!
• Know your way around CRM tools or scheduling software (or you’re eager to learn).
• Can solve problems with a cool head and eye for detail.
• Have basic design or presentation chops—bonus points for that!

What You’ll Need

• Education: High school diploma required (college degree? Awesome, but not a dealbreaker).
• Tech Setup: Reliable, fast internet and a video chat-ready device.
• Bonus: An American-accented speaking voice to connect effortlessly with our clients.
