Product Sourcing Associate (Work from Home)

About Us:
KastLite is a leading e-commerce brand in the USA, dedicated to providing top-quality lighting and plastics solutions. We operate our own website and sell through the Amazon platform. We are expanding our team and are looking for a Product Sourcing Associate who will work closely with our founders and creative team to help expand our catalog.

Responsibilities:
Research, identify, and source new products and suppliers in the lighting and plastics industries from various suppliers around the globe.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring high-quality materials and competitive pricing.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Collaborate with the creative and optimization team to align product sourcing with current market trends and business needs.
Review and analyze product samples, ensuring they meet KastLite’s quality standards.
Stay up to date with market trends, materials, and suppliers in the lighting and plastics industries.
Assist in coordinating shipping and logistics to ensure smooth product delivery to warehouses or fulfillment centers.
Work closely with the founder to strategize and streamline the sourcing process.

Requirements:
Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proven experience in product sourcing, preferably in e-commerce or the lighting/plastics industry.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in dealing with suppliers.
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
Ability to work independently and in a remote setting, collaborating closely with a distributed team.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using productivity software such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with Amazon’s marketplace and FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) is a plus.
Availability to work closely with international suppliers across time zones.
