Part-time Marketing Assistant (GoHighLevel)

Duties:

Tekmatix Software Marketing: (GoHighLevel)
- Manage newsletters, contacts, calendar scheduling, and automate invoices and emails.
- Set up phone numbers, SMS, and pipelines.
- Explore and optimize Tekmatix features.
- Manage clients’ online courses and automation.

Lead Generation:
- Generate leads through LinkedIn and handle inquiries and craft proposals.
- Build connections and send leads/follow-ups.

Content Creation:
- Design graphics and edit videos.
- Repurpose podcasts/YouTube content.
- Create reels and written content (blogs).
- Schedule posts through Tekmatix, ideally for the whole year.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with Tekmatix (Go High Level).
- Proficient in LinkedIn and lead generation.
- Knowledge of AI tools, including ChatGPT.
- Familiarity with VPN, WhatsApp, Vimeo, YouTube, Instagram, and Keeper Vault.
- Values and Attitudes: prepared and organized; growth and coachability; proactive and self-led; forward thinking; strong personality; and team player.
- Team player: able to work with colleagues and supervisors
- Able to work with time-tracking applications (screenshot monitor, time doctor, etc.).

Technical Requirements:
- Personal Unit (Laptop) with at least an i5-core processor, 2.5 GHz, and 8GB of RAM
- Reliable ISP (at least 25 Mbps) and a working web camera
