We are seeking an experienced Amazon Store Manager to help build and optimize our Amazon storefront. As a newly registered brand on Amazon, we are looking for a professional who can take charge of creating our storefront, adding products, and maximizing our revenue potential on the platform.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance brand presence on Amazon.
Create, manage, and optimize our Amazon storefront to ensure a seamless customer experience.
List new products and maintain existing product listings with accurate and engaging descriptions, images, and pricing.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility and search rankings.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with our logistics team to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize opportunities.
Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling ad campaigns and promotional content.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, traffic, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing an Amazon store, with a strong track record of driving sales and improving performance.
In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including listing optimization, keyword research, and PPC advertising.
