Position: Media Project Manager – E-Commerce Brand (Hair Growth Products)
Location: Remote
Hours: Part-Time (10-12 hours per week, 40-50 hours monthly)
Starting Salary: $350 per month, with significant potential for growth (up to 3-4x based on performance)

As we expand, we’re looking for an A-Player Media Project Manager to take ownership of our media operations, guiding and elevating a talented team to deliver outstanding results.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Media Project Manager who is ready to bring structure, efficiency, and results-driven focus to our media initiatives. This role requires someone who thrives on detail, understands e-commerce metrics deeply, and can lead a team to stay sharp and accountable in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities & Expected Impact:
Media Team Leadership & Coordination
Primary Role: Oversee the media team, which includes a video editor, media buyer, video creators, and agency partners.
Weekly Planning & Tracking: Run weekly planning and check-in calls, set clear weekly and monthly goals, and track progress toward KPIs.
Setting Clear Goals: Translate high-level company objectives into actionable tasks and outcomes for each tea
Example Task: Schedule a call with our video editor and video creators to discuss upcoming content themes for a product launch, breaking down a timeline for video concepting, editing, and revisions.
Product Launch Oversight
Primary Role: Manage the media aspects of new product launches, coordinating the creation and distribution of launch-related media assets.
Detailed Project Schedules: Develop detailed project schedules and milestone deadlines for each launch.
KPI Alignment: Ensure that every asset and timeline is geared toward maximizing launch engagement, conversions, and brand reach.
Example Task: Collaborate with the media buyer and video creator to create a targeted ad campaign for a new hair growth product, including overseeing A/B testing of various ad creatives and optimizing based on engagement.
Process Development & Efficiency Optimization
Primary Role: Build and refine processes that increase efficiency, consistency, and quality across the media team.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Create SOPs for recurring media workflows, such as video production timelines, social media content creation, and cross-functional handoffs.
Example Task: Document and implement a streamlined process for producing weekly social media content, setting clear responsibilities, deadlines, and approval checkpoints to ensure high-quality, consistent output.
KPI & Performance Tracking
Primary Role: Monitor key e-commerce metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPM) and ensure all media efforts align with and drive these metrics.
Analytics Review: Regularly review performance metrics and meet with the media buyer and video editor to discuss optimization strategies.
Example Task: Analyze ad performance data to identify trends and share actionable feedback with the media buyer, guiding adjustments in real-time for optimal results.
Problem Solving & Proactive Issue Management
Primary Role: Quickly identify and resolve issues within the media team or in project timelines, independently tackling challenges before they escalate.
Example Task: If a video creator experiences delays, communicate directly with the editor to redistribute work temporarily or adjust timelines while ensuring deadlines are met.
Weekly Strategy Calls & Goal-Setting
Primary Role: Lead weekly calls to set priorities, review ongoing projects, align the team on upcoming deliverables, and adjust plans as needed.
Example Task: Run a Monday morning strategy call to discuss the week’s KPIs, upcoming deadlines, and any bottlenecks or adjustments needed to keep the team aligned and productive.
Qualifications Needed:
Experience & Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce or digital media.
Communication Excellence: Strong English skills for clear, direct, and constructive communication with tea
Data-Driven & Results-Oriented: Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs and a keen understanding of metrics like ROAS, CPC, and engagement rates.
Highly Organized: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and tea
Problem-Solver Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges or bottlenecks.
