Team Leader - Online Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced team leader who has experience across multi-discipline Virtual Assistant tasks.

We are an agency, that services, Online Coaches, Real Estate Agencies, and Recruitment/Mobilisation businesses with their Out Sourcing needs!

We are looking for someone who is SUPER organised. Knows how to leverage systems and processes and streamline our client experience!

The ideal candidate will be able to:

- step in and be HANDS on across our client portfolios, helping us provide top-tier service
- understand social media in-depth, and help train new team members on our bespoke social media strategy
- be really great at communication and be able to manage a team to be able to communicate effectively
- be a team player, happy to be flexible and support the business growth
- be experienced and comfortable working in a fast-paced sometimes high-stress environment
- be client focused and be able to build and nurture client relationships
- someone that is looking for a long-term partnership, to grow with the business from the startup through to scale
