JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and reaching out to potential leads, helping us expand our network and connect with new clients in the construction and real estate industry. This is a remote position that offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential leads based on target profiles, including project owners, contractors, real estate developers, and property managers.
Lead List Building: Use LinkedIn, Google, online directories, and other tools to compile lists of qualified leads, documenting contact information, company details, and relevant notes.
Outreach Execution: Conduct personalized outreach to leads via email and LinkedIn, following predefined templates and adding personal touches as needed.
Follow-Up and Nurturing: Implement follow-up strategies to re-engage leads, track responses, and manage multiple touchpoints with each prospect.
CRM Management: Enter and organize lead information in our CRM or spreadsheet, tracking the status of each lead, response rates, and conversion rates.
Performance Reporting: Track and report on outreach metrics, including the number of leads contacted, response rates, and conversions, to help optimize our lead generation efforts.

Qualifications
Proven Experience in Lead Generation: Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales outreach, or virtual assistance, with a focus on B2B lead generation preferred.
Strong Research Skills: Ability to locate, evaluate, and qualify leads using online tools, directories, LinkedIn, and industry resources.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to personalize and adapt messaging based on prospect profiles.
Proficiency with CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable) and Google Sheets/Excel for managing lead lists and reporting.
Attention to Detail: Highly organized, with a keen eye for accuracy when compiling lead information and managing follow-up schedules.
Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet lead generation targets consistently.
