We need a Data Engineer with BigQuery experience to help us optimize queries and manage data workflows. You’ll be building ETL processes, fixing data issues, and making sure everything works properly. Since we’re working with a smaller budget, we’re offering equity to make up for it. We’re looking for someone who can deliver great work with limited resources.

This role requires weekend availability (9-5 PST) and flexibility with your hours. If weekends or adjusting your hours won’t work for you, this isn’t the right fit. But if you’re okay with that, let’s connect!
+ Who I'm Looking For:
- Proficient English speaker (comfortable talking, writing, reading)
- Strong SQL skills, particularly with complex joins and subqueries
- Proficiency with Google BigQuery
- Experience with large datasets and query optimization
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
- Available during daytime hours in the US Pacific time zone (10am - 6pm PST, Monday - Saturday)
+ What We’re Looking For
- BigQuery expertise: Strong knowledge of query optimization and large datasets.
- SQL proficiency: Experience with complex joins, subqueries, and tuning queries.
- E-commerce data familiarity: Product categories, seller metrics, and fulfillment types.
- Proactive communicator: Regular updates and managing shifting priorities effectively.
+ Deliverables:
- 5 BigQuery SQL queries for 5 separate table
- Documentation for all queries
- Any additional views or helper queries needed
+ Technical EnV
- Database: Google BigQuery
- Tools: ClickUp for task tracking
- Data sources: E-commerce providers
