API Integrator

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced API Integrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at connecting various software platforms through APIs, demonstrating expertise with API documentation and integration methodologies across diverse systems. This role requires a deep understanding of API functionality, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to implement seamless software connections that meet our operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement API integrations across various software platforms to facilitate efficient data flow and functionality.
• Leverage tools like Postman for API testing, Swagger for clear documentation, and Zapier for automation and pre-built integrations where applicable.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve API-related issues to ensure reliable software connectivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand integration needs and create tailored solutions.
• Document API configurations, connections, and maintenance tasks for easy reference and continuity.
• Continuously monitor and optimize API performance to maximize efficiency and reliability.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in API integration across a range of software systems.
• Proficiency in API testing, documentation, and automation tools, including Postman, Swagger, and Zapier.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth, API keys).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on developing reliable, high-performance integrations.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively in a part-time role.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with a variety of API tools and platforms (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
• Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of successful integrations.
• Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks commonly used in API development (e.g., Python, JavaScript).

Work Schedule: Remote, Part-Time, Mon-Fri.
