Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process for customer support roles.
- Evaluate and filter resumes/applications prior to interview
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the company's standards and requirements.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to customer support reps effectively.
- Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to understand their needs and staffing requirements.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and hiring metrics.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or hiring, preferably within the online gaming or iGaming industry.
- Proven experience in interviewing, assigning tasks, and hiring effectively.
- Strong understanding of customer support operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in the English (written and oral)
