Email Copywriter, Ad Creation, Virtual Assistant

Looking for a long-term dedicated email copywriter, ad creator, and virtual assistant to help grow my marketing agency and take tasks off my plate.

Full-time - looking for someone who can start right away
Flexible hours but must be available 3:00-6:00pm Pacific time most days.
30-40 hours/week, Monday-Saturday
Pay is hourly, based on experience and skillset. Paid weekly to start, then bi-weekly going forward.
BONUSES of a percentage of revenue after 3 months in the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make ads for Facebook and Youtube
- Write emails for followup sequences
- Edit video
- Graphic design skills (or willing to use Canva)
- Act a virtual assistant, helping me out with ANY task (sometimes personal tasks).

SKILLS NEEDED:
- Excellent copywriting, superb near-native fluent English
- Basic video editing
- Proficient with software and comfortable learning new software
- Minimum 30 wpm typing
- MUST LIKE TO BE CREATIVE!

MUST HAVE:
A workplace free of noise
A decent computer headset with mic
Minimum 5mbps WIRED INTERNET & Backup
A good, reliable computer

VERY IMPORTANT: You must be reliable and be able to show up to work consistently nearly everyday.
Positive Attitude is key! You must be willing to be coached and open to constructive criticism so you can improve your results as quickly as possible.

I am looking for someone who I can work with LONG-TERM. Please do not apply if you are looking for a short-term gig. I would like to hire someone who will stay with me for years, if possible.

You must be a self-directed person, capable of taking initiative but also good at followed detailed instructions. I will do everything I can to train you but if I’m not around, you should be able to find something productive to do to help the company forward. This should be a fun and interesting position where you will be asked to do a lot of different things.
