Job Summary:
This role requires a multifaceted approach to marketing and communications, involving the development and execution of strategic initiatives across digital platforms, content creation, social media, video production, and WordPress development, particularly in creating team pages. The Director will operate within our EOS framework, holding the Marketing Seat on our accountability chart, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Generally, you will be expected to work business hours M-F, Central Standard Time. We observe both US and Philippine holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Planning & Strategy:
Devise and implement strategic marketing plans to meet business objectives.
Drive monthly marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Content Strategy & Creation:
Develop engaging content strategies, including case studies and blog posts.
Oversee the creation and management of WordPress pages to optimize user interaction.

Design and manage
Ensure high-quality
Social Media Management:
Plan, design, and execute content across social media platforms.
Develop video content, managing scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing processes.
SEO & Online Presence:
Enhance search engine optimization using RankMath, managing online listings and profiles across platforms like Google My Business, Justia, Avvo, and SuperLawyers.
Update and create content to bolster SEO rankings.
Client Engagement & Lead Management:
Manage systems for client feedback and lead qualification, utilizing current forms and tracking systems.
Provide insights to refine targeted marketing strategies.
Team Collaboration & Communication:
Oversee all third-party communications, ensuring consistency in client proposals and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with tea
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, strong in digital marketing and communications.
Proficient in WordPress (specifically page creation), Apollo, and ActiveCampaign.
Familiarity with EOS and experience in a structured accountability role.
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
Creative and strategic mindset.
